Very good company for cleaning the house

The first meeting you have is the lovely lady on the telephone . She knows her job, has a gpod clear voice and a very pleasant manner . The men who come are equally efficient equally polite and helpful. I would recommend this firm to anyone .

Second time I have used this company, first time I got money back because amount of rubbish was less than I booked for. Second time best price for sofa removal and they collected without me having to take a day off work. If I ever need rubbish removal again this is my go to company.

Arrived and promptly cleared my old bathroom furniture and all the packaging from the new one. Sadly he did not give me a name but he was friendly and very efficient.

AnyJunk made it really easy for me to clear my dad's old storage unit when he passed away. Maryam at their office was friendly & very helpful and always easy to get in contact with.

I was able to book a slot at short notice, and they send email updates & vehicle tracking. The team who arrived with the van were quick & professional and got rid of all my boxes & furniture without any fuss.

I'd definitely use them again & am really pleased with how easy they made the task of clearing things out for me at a difficult time.

We were given plenty of notification by email of their arrival, even with photos of the operatives. We had a heavy three-piece suite to remove, and they managed to shift it quickly and efficiently

AnyJunk was helpful at every stage from booking and collection but we didn't receive any notice of their arrival and they were early which did catch us out but was good for us. We did receive an email with the photographs of the two guys who came yo collect our old furniture but we didn't (as much my fault as theirs perhaps) until after the collection.

Have used AnyJunk many times. Always pleased with their extremely good service.

Email to confirm details. followed by phone call from co ordinator to check pick up contents and any changes, text and then phone call to confirm time slot and then on way. Collection was on time and only took a few minutes to load bulky items So a great service, helpful staff, honest opinion on best method for removals and a reasonable price for a specialist removal job. Couldn't really have asked for more.

The booking arrangement was very professionaly and efficiently handled and the as was the collection
