I have been with this company for several years now and find them to be very helpful and professional.Their understanding of the cover they are providing is extremely valuable, I deal with Laura and find her to very helpful professional and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the cover! I would highly recommend this company to everyone excellent service. Five star!

After being given a query by manager with little to no information I phoned and got through to Georgia Colloff thinking she wouldn't be able to help due to how Vague my query was. Georgia went above and beyond to help not only find the information for me but to ensure any communications going forward would be smooth and gave me all the information i needed in a quick 10 min phone call. It seemed no trouble to Georgia and it made my day as i often spend my days trying to fix queries and people are not willing to help if i dont have the info they need!

Janine Davis was superb! I had to make a claim that was not dealt with properly by the management company that manages my building (Safepm). When I contacted the insurance company myself, Janine Davis was extremely helpful, she was polite, courteous, and very professional. Was a bit concerned that my Insurance claim would become very complex, as I had never claimed through the Estate Management before but it proved to be a pleasant surprise.
