The AOM Display team was super helpful and responsive. They were very accommodating and helped when I had to make a last minute change to my display. My team was very happy with the display itself and received several compliments on it at the show.
Incredibly helpful customer service! Had a tight turnaround and the AOM team went above and beyond. Our zip tower was easy to assemble, well crafted, and got us so many compliments at the booth! Highly recommend.
Had a horrible experience. Ordered a banner, spent many hours designing it, had a timeline to get it done for a show and they assured us they would start production on it over the weekend.
We paid for it - the website had problems and they had to fix the website to even take my money - I tried to pay over the phone or something else while they fixed it.
The design site kept glitching and we had problems with that.
Finally got everything to them on time to get into production.
Then didn't hear back, couldn't get anyone on the phone and when I finally did, they said we didn't pay. They found out another "glitch" in their system and now it was days later and they never started on my banner, so I don't have a banner for the show I am putting on.
Would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had.
During the time of your order, we were undergoing a system upgrade. Unfortunately, a technical issue occurred during payment processing, which caused your order not to be properly registered in our internal system. This also led to a serious breakdown in communication. Given your show deadline, we fully understand your disappointment and frustration.
Once the issue was confirmed, we immediately processed a full refund and provided a compensation voucher as a gesture of accountability and goodwill. While this does not undo the inconvenience caused, we hope it demonstrates our commitment to taking responsibility for the situation.
We have since taken the following corrective actions:
• Resolved the payment confirmation technical issue
• Implemented manual payment verification during system updates
• Established a double-check deadline review process for event-related orders
We take every customer's event timeline very seriously. This incident does not reflect our service standards.

The product looks beautiful! But it would have been nice to have some sort of instructions on how to put it together. We figured it out, but some of the stickers were missing, so assembly got tricky ;)
