The team was friendly, polite and professional. They got everything handled and made sure my furniture was arranged to my liking at my new place. 10/10!!

I will try to be the most objective as possible. I had a domestic calamity around two years ago, that's the reason why I googled for last-minute movers and I found A-One Van Lines on the internet. Louis was very gentle, and due to the stress of my situation, the patience from the customer service department is highly appreciated. They handle a decent response-time and cover the most critical details to perform a good move. The truck's driver was supposed to contact me once he arrived in California but he was delayed by one day; I understand there are so many factors that could impact the punctuality of the truck, however, exempting for that everything goes smooth and my stuff was delivered with no issues.

I recommend this company for those who are in a rush and looking for kind people on the other side of the phone.

The service was great. They were on time, movers very polite and careful. All went smoothly. I was very satisfied and if I move again will certainly use them. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a mover.

I am very happy with the amazing service received from A one Van lines.The entire process was seamless. I got Errol as one of my movers, and he was so very amazing. He called ahead to give me a time in which he would be there and he was there at that time. Erroll, Perry and Speedy worked so very hard to ensure my items were well wrapped and handled with care. They moved me in such a short time and I am so very grateful for their hard work. Errol even went as far as placing my living room furniture in such a decorative manner, that I do not even have to do anything to my living room. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and I saw them maneuver in ways that I did not think possible. One thing I loved most is that all three men were very personable. They worked and had a smile on their faces, even though they had a lot to handle. I highly recommend this company, and if you get Errol, Perry and Speedy, you would be in good hands.
