I am truly happy with my door shadow lights for two of my cars. They are high quality and project quite well in the night. Shopping took time and I was told my order was lost ... They quickly sent another order out and took care of me with an awesome metal air freshener for the delay... The simple things like good customer service and high quality products are what I have encountered with this company. Thank you!!

Wenn es ginge, würde ich null Sterne geben. So ziemlich der schlechteste Service den ich je erlebt habe!!!
Es ging ja sogar soweit, bei einem versuchten Umtausch, behauptet würde, von mir liege kein Kauf oder ähnliches vor. Erst nach langem hin und her schreiben tauchte ganz plötzlich mein Account auf. Der Versuch mein "Doorlight" um zu tauschen war schließlich unmöglich. Es wurden einfach immer nur unnötige Ausreden erfunden. Ich würde absolut von einem Kauf in diesem Saftladen abraten!!!!

Specifically asked of the product would fit my car gave year model and full name of vehicle and was told it would fit. Didn't fit when I asked for refund was told that the manufacturer must have done changes to that vehicle and was told to find a installer to install the part. Then was giving a crying emoji when told that would be more than the products value. Very disappointed.

DO BUY FROM THIS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY! Ordered something special for my vintage corvette! Really watched all of the install videos and reviewed many pictures. Saw nothing about battery powered. Everything I saw was wiring to vehicle 12 volt system which I wanted. They sent battery powered with a battery box. When I finally got someone on e-mail overseas no call and several e-mails back and forth to return and get the correct ones I was told that I should be more careful when ordering and they would not send the correct sills. I was also told not to cut the wires and hook to 12volts as that would damage the sills! Be careful to all!!!!

I would never reccommend this company to anybody. Been going back n forth with them about my pkg being delivered and not to my address. Just another company that's takes your hard earned money and sends no product. Guess I will start reading reviews from this point on before I order from a company I never heard of.

Part has cheap appearance. Customer service is poor. Tried to return as I was unhappy with appearance straight out of the box. I would not refer the product to anyone.

I purchased some lights for a friend for her birthday. The lights burned out within a few days and they replaced the lights for me free of charge. Great customer service! We will certainly be buying more items from this company!

I ordered a LED Door sill for my 2022 C8 corvette and when I received it. It didn't fit, I contacted the company and was told to take a pic of the product next to the original door sill and send it to them. I did and was told that it's not an OEM and that I have to modify it to fit. And that they won't refund my money.

After reading the reviews this was just a a try I was willing and ready to take a loss but the amount of money I paid for this product was ensure so I was not really even taking a loss might will have took some time to get back but I was going to be good But I had spoke with the seller and very responsive faster than I was and during the weekend and Sunday yes Sunday the customer service was one of the best I have received through text messages this product it was packaged great and I received it early with tracking and they even check to make sure I receive my product Now I took everything out to make sure it works they are brighter with not sharing power with each

I purchased the 4 piece, custom, lighted door sill item. It arrived in about 2.5 - 3 weeks. Looked very plain. Was really skeptical. When taken out of the package, it looked even more boring. But once installed…pure beauty!!!

Communications wasn’t the best,had to keep emailing regarding shipment but overall it was a good experience. I really like my device.
