Well, AOVO Pro, I did wait for the delivery and also sent another mail yet still no direct reply. This time I have asked paypal to intervene for a refund. You should also check your email page for the kick stand item as it states 3-5 days free delivery...it's now been 17 days!
Buyers beware!!

Received scooter and website says water proof but in the instructions it explains never to use in wet conditions the whole point of me buying this was because its 2water proof. I emailed and 2weeks later still nothing as id liketo comlain as my blootooth has stopped working after 4days!! Be aware!!!!

I was fully refunded. The company claimed shipping costs would be too high so they never shipped anything.

I still have not gotten the controller, so 10-14 days have passed. Where is the part I ordered?

After sending 3 emails with no reply, you must understand why I had to resort to Trustpilot to get an update. Yes, the time is 10-14 days but I expected at least some reply to my emails.

I suggest you reply to emails so customers are reassured their orders are being processed. You must agree with me that after 10 days with absolutely no updates or replies to emails, you, too, would be concerned.

I will wait for the product. Upon reception, I will update the review again.

Great scooter but not very good at keeping in touch by email and no contact number for them or live chat and took a long time to get my scooter almost 3 weeks but the scooter was good quality.

Poor service. It’s been 14 days since I ordered and I still don’t have a scooter. If you’re seeing this my advice is, go somewhere to get a scooter.

Waited 5 days to be told there cancelling my order becuase of the rubbish comment i left on here. Maybe they should catch up on there customer service skills. Also takes them 5 days to dispach the orders and 1-2 days for delivery on the websirlte it says 5-7 days delivery. Why does it take 5 days to send orders out. Do not recomend at all would rather walk than give these c**ts my money. Told me if i changed review they would send it out these are jokers

Delivered within two working days, impressed with the quality of the build.

So far used it for a few days and have had no trouble, the battery (for now) seems to have a higher-than-expected range.

This is an update to an earlier review that I can no longer access.
Summary:
Scooter ordered 6th June
Contacted company 16th June as 10 days had passed and no delivery notification - no reply
Contacted again 20th June as daughter birthday had now passed - no reply
Contacted 23rd June - again no reply

28th June contacted bank to start chargeback process as no scooted and no replies despite company stating emails will be replied to within 72 hours.

29th June receive a despatch notice despite no longer needing the scooter as had to order from elsewhere. No apology for the delay and no answers to previous emails.

29th July company contact me stating they want payment for the scooter otherwise will be starting process for a CCJ against me! Despite telling them they can have the scooter back as I no longer required it due to having to order from a reliable company they are refusing to arrange an independent courier to collect it. Obviously I am not happy with them collecting it themselves as I would prefer to go through the proper channels of an independent courier given the extremely poor service that has been received previously.

I must add that it is amazing how quickly this company can reply to emails (within minutes!) when they want the scooter back yet were unable to reply to any of my queries when they had no scooters in stock! When I questioned this they said they had replied to all my emails but were then unable to provide me with any copies of this correspondence when I asked to see it.

Please, please think twice before ordering from this company. I will definitely think twice about ordering from any company that doesn’t have a contact phone number as if emails go unanswered there is no other way to contact them.

This company will make excuses in reply to this review no doubt but I have proof of absolutely everything I have stated. I assume this company are ok providing they have stock and you have no problems but look closely at all reviews and you will clearly see when things don’t go to plan they are absolutely shocking. Communication is non existent and that is no way to run a business!

Good and easy to use, Website is very easy to use. They send out replacement parts for the scooter.

I ordered Wednesday and the scooter arrived Friday. Great scooter working perfect. This is the real site to buy the Aovo Pro scooter. Don't buy from another site as the others are selling fake, broken scooters. It happened to me 2 months ago when I ordered from another site and after 10 days I received a broken scooter and I couldn't return it so I had to buy another one but from Aovo Pro Uk Store. This time arrived fast and in perfect condition.
My experience with this company was a very good one.

Really really bad save your money people

Still all these months later still no tail light wiring sent. Had a email asking me to change my review that ii would recieve light with in 5 days they would email me tracing number never still waiting. I have now contacted trading standards about them and will also put them in court.myself if I have too.

Par contre le chantage au rating 5 étoiles de la part de AOVO pour obtenir des codes promo, ça ne passe pas. Tous les avis sont falsifiés et triés sur le volet. Tous les commentaires négatifs que vous tenterez de mettre sur leur site sont filtrés.

It felt nervous buying online for the first time from an organisation I know nothing about. However transaction went through smoothly and I received my purchase very next day, record time. The e-scooter arrived in excellent condition and very brand new. The price was excellent and communication great. 1 month later the scooter operates very well with no issues at all. I just love it. Ordered on the tuesday night after 7pm and arrived Friday morning at 9am and I’m in Northern Ireland super fast easy process thank I’m well pleased

Because I have read a lot of reviews that have said 20 mph I expected 20 mph when the website clearly says 19 mph. I turned the scooter on it has a battery charging icon without being plugged in and it won’t start the reason for this is app crashed while updating firmware it took a few minutes before it allowed me to retry. The app crashed when I clicked cancel firmware update instead of retry. Once firmware is updated it works correctly.
