I signed up to the 6 month protocol after having a good one on one conversation with Brodie. Both Brodie and Adam are legends who have your best interests at heart. I truly recommend Apex to any man who is stuck in a rut and needs that pick me up to get them started on that journey of finding themselves. They did this for me, loosing over 15kgs in 5 months. It’s not just about the scales, it is all the other things they have taught me along the way. Take the plunge lads! It’s worth it

My experience with APEX Coaching Academy was generally positive. I would say my knowledge on nutrition (in particular) was greatly improved and also my knowledge on weight loss as a whole. I did lose 16-17kg but I gained it all back due to personal things happening in my life but I’m back on track simply using all the tools and knowledge I’ve gained from the academy and my weight is dropping again. I’m also learning that, real change requires time and weight loss can be a quick fix but sustained weight loss (losing weight and keeping it off forever) is not a quick fix.

The boys have been amazing to get my act into gear! Adam truly cares about his clients and while only 6 weeks into the journey I'm 9kgs down and feel like the weight of the world has dropped off me. Accountability for a life you want to lead. Thanks Adam & Brodie! Looking forward to continuing to nail these goals into the future!

I was overweight and eating unhealthy. I stumbled across Brodie and Adam at APEX Coaching Academy and asked for help. Within 10 weeks of joining this program, I dropped approximately 10kg of body fat, was eating healthy again, was in a good headspace with a consistent routine and was looking the best I have in my life. Now that I have dropped this weight, Adam is coaching myself through bulks and cuts to build a strong and fit body. The decision to join Apex Coaching Academy is the best decision I have ever made.

Since joining with Apex ive received full support from coach Adam and the other team members.

No on is forgotten about or left out. You can receive weekly video calls (which i found i needed with my mental focus) and it really got behind me. Now im in a good space where I'll be continuing the path ive been on the past few months as its certainly something thats made me alot more mental and physically stronger and happier in myself.

Would advise anyone to do the same thing if they feel like they have been struggling with motivation ans depression just like myself.

From the start, the company was very welcoming and humble. You never felt like you were dealing with someone “too good” or just a number.

As a coach, Adam has been unreal, keeping me accountable while also being realistic. He’s very knowledgeable and able to help in many ways, even outside of fitness.

My Name is Jake and I Started with apex coaching 2023, I didn’t show up in the initial years for lack of being me, I wasted time more so my own time and coaches time.

But thanks to brodie and adam, showing me that no one is coming to save me BUT me. The last few months of 2025 have been frigging awesome, results speaking for themselves, the coaching, support, guidance and just the comradeship within the whole academy has been nothing short of absolutely bloody amazing. Apex academy has not only changed my life but shown me the life that I deserve to be living. I was a non believer in the beginning and now 2 years on, I’m the biggest believer out. My only regret is not finding out about this team and what they provide and offer to men who think living an average life is what they deserve.

The boys are straight down the line, no mucking around, they’re always pushing to create more opportunities and learning resources to better help the Apex community. In 19 weeks I’ve lost over 20kg even multiple set backs and not being able to make it into the gym for a few weeks the weight still dropped.
The main reason I chose Apex is because they don’t gate keep anything. They want you to succeed even after leaving the program. They give you all the tools and knowledge you need to make it work after finishing up with them. I couldn’t recommend the boys highly enough
