I paid for the voice media subscription. Initial fee over $100 and $20 month for my business to show when people looking online for services I provide.
They scheduled the call with the specialist to optimize everything. My business DO NOT show in search. Not at the bottom of other business, the specialist could NOT find it at all. She said for now people will find me only if they type my website name or my company name- conclusion- it is NO difference if I pay them or not. Per Apex Media Sol. to make it visible, I will have to fix couple issues, and I will have to pay second SEO monthly subscription to them about $200 per month.
The cherry on the top, during ZOOM meeting, I pointed that search they promised to work is NOT working, and I am not ready pay for another subscription, someone loudly and very angrily called me "dirty beach". It is group of people who were aggressively pushing the sale on me. They did another crossing the line remarks. I believe it is a scam. Requested return. Wondering if they will ask for the third subscription for something else if I pay second.

I will try keep this review short. As I hope you’re engagment with this highly unethical company should be as well.

I initially succumebed to their high-pressure sales call, allowing myself to believe that their voice search service would improve my visibility on “seven search engines”. After doing a quick online search about this unknown to me company, I discovered that they are a grab and go operation, taking a client’s money and pretty much leave them hanging.

They wanted $200 for a “lifetime listing”, and pushed for another phone call to get more information to their “analytics technician”. I learned this would be another high pressure sales call for more services that would further improve my site’s visibility. I cancelled that call and asked for a refund of my $200.

They don’t do refunds, folks. “Buyers remorse” and "cancellation after 24 hours" or "once services are initiated" are forbidden. I cancelled within 24 hours, and immediately filed a complaint with my credit card issuing bank.

You see, they never provided a receipt with a list of services, there’s no written guarantee of what you’re paying for, and of course, they claimed that they already started service during the sales call by taking my name, URL and key words. That’s their “gotcha hook”.

In short, they don’t commit to anything specific and don’t allow for any refunds from disgruntled customers. It’s a trap!

The good new is that my bank came through when I filed a formal complaint, and I did get the refund (or just negated the sale). But I had to spend many hours going through all that hassle.

Apex is counting on you to simply succumb and or give up. My advice: Don’t be like me. Don’t say yes to anything. If they call, hang up.

I received a cold call from this company offering SEO specifically for voice search. I've never really invested in marketing for my business, so I figured I'd try it. It was an installation fee of roughly $220.00 and monthly payments of $20. Because my business qualified, supposedly, they offered me a one time payment of roughly $330, and no monthly payments. I'm certainly glad I did not authorize them to make recurring transactions on my card, because I would not want to sit on a call with a representative to try to discontinue a recurring payment. Very aggressive and fraudulent sales tactics. Upon giving them the over three hundred dollars, the representative then had me schedule a "very important" zoom call to go over my business profile the next day. Basically, the representative screen shared a dashboard with a bunch of fake information to try to sell me a program to further "optimize" my business through voice search. And I know it was fake information because I immediately logged into my business profile after the call and none of the numbers matched. Anyway, this program would cost me $350 a month plus a one time $350 installation fee. I told him more than once I did not want the program and that it was too much. He eventually knocked it down to $250. Without me saying I wanted the program, he got to point of just asking if I would be using the same card I used for the first charge. I again refused, and he again offered to pretend to go and talk to his manager, at which point I just left the call. Do not give these people your time and certainly do not give them your money, because they will waste both.

I found out Apex media solutions use VOICE SEARCH NOW to spam you using different numbers every time, multiple times daily, AKA spoofing. Even if you are registered on the do not call list, and ask them to stop calling, They still spoof you, which is highly illegal. After I found out who the owners are, I called back and asked to speak with Imad (one of the owners) they instantly hung up on me and blocked me. If you get spam calls from VOICE SEARCH NOW, log all your calls and record yourself saying stop calling to make a case against APEX.

I signed up on July 7 after a sales call with Josh, who clearly told me the service was month-to-month with no long-term commitment. I was careful — I read the "12-month term" line in the agreement out loud and asked him directly, "this reads like a 12-month contract, are you sure it's month-to-month?" He said yes. the reason i asked the way the contract was written was vague and hard to determine. A few days later I tried to cancel. Their own contract says the client can cancel the monthly service anytime, but agent Rocky refused to follow through and honor it. They claimed they'd "accidentally sent the wrong contract" and offered to send a corrected one, but wouldn't refund the setup fee or stop the service. I've since disputed the charge with my bank and filed complaints with the FTC and the Florida Attorney General. If you're considering this company: don't rely on what you're told on the phone.. What I was promised at signup did not match what they delivered.

Pressure into subscribing and then no results or communication except that my card did not go thru (I blocked it). As soon as it's time to renew then you hear from all sorts of people, but no, not your repnwho is supposed to help you.

I would give them a negative review if I could. High pressure sales techniques including questioning our commitment to our business and generally being disrespectful, ignoring “no thank you”. Sales person was pushy and persistent, name dropping corporate businesses while trying to upsell our small family business. Do not fall for the hyoe!

This company is a scam. They will call you repeatedly until you answer and then offer advertising services for your small business. Then they will ask for your card information and will not stop pestering you until you give it. Please do not give any of your personal information to this company. Hope this helps.

I had an onboarding appointment with Apex Media Solutions this morning that lasted approximately 30 minutes. The first portion of the call (about 10 minutes) was spent explaining their voice search option, which was straightforward and reasonable.

The remainder of the call shifted into a sales pitch for SEO optimization services priced at over $4,500 for a 12-month commitment. I explained clearly and respectfully that I was not in a position to invest at this time. In response, the representative immediately reduced the price by half, which raised some concern about pricing transparency.

When I maintained my decision, the tone of the call changed significantly. The representative became confrontational and made statements such as, “What kind of business are you running here?” and “You called me to get on my schedule,” despite the fact that Apex Media Solutions initiated the original call regarding voice search services.

I understand that sales is part of business, but the pressure tactics and dismissive remarks were unprofessional and unnecessary. Based on this experience, I would advise other business owners to proceed with caution and be prepared for an aggressive sales approach.

This company is a joke. They talk a big game but all the reviews say otherwise. I should have looked into them sooner. I paid there one time set up fee which I was able to only pay 99.00 for and they said there was a maintenance fee every month. I told them that I’m not paying for the monthly maintenance service and only paying the onetime setup fee. (the guy I spoke with was Josh Wells) He said okay which he wasn’t to happy and really wanted to keep it. I was very clear to Josh Wells that I didn’t want the monthly service fee and he said ok you will only pay the set up fee. You would think this is all on a recorded line but they took it upon themselves to take payment the following month. So I call them they tell me is canceled and they don’t charge me anything. Then December rolls around and I see a pending charge from them again for the service fee they supposedly canceled. I called and they said it’s canceled but yet they’re still trying to charge me. If I didn’t have notifications set up for my charge card they would definitely have stolen money from me. This company is a scam and I would definitely like to report them all over the internet. Amy she wouldn’t give me her last name says it’s canceled but we will wait to see if I have to go through this next month

Worst company promises everything deliver on nothing. Do not waste your money or time with this scam company. They kept charging me my google GMB was shut down for 2 months because of them. I had to make a new one and lost over 40 reviews all my pictures. I could not cancel or ever get in touch with them.

I have a small rental company in Texas and was not getting the traffic I was hoping for. I partnered with Apex Media Solutions to drive more traffic to my online presence. I’m not going to pretend I know exactly what they did but it had something to do with registries on search engines I think. Now when you search my area my company appears first most of the time. I have very few slow periods now with a 10x growth in activity. I highly recommend using Apex. And in particular Dannie: she is very patient with those of us who know what we want but are not sure how to explain it.
