Really grateful to Adam and his team in securing us a mortgage after some disastrous finances from the past! The process was made really smooth and we were reassured from the beginning. Once it came to exchange the team jumped on the lender to speed things up and took so much stress away. Will definitely use again once our deal is up!

Adam and his team are outstanding in every way. His patience, professionalism and expertise are top-notch. He is quick, efficient and surprisingly dug out a great deal for us, first time buyers with limited resources. He is adept, competent, knowledgeable and worth his salt in this brokerage business. We're not normally easily worried about things but our house buying process tested our patience due to onwards sellers chains breaking down. However, we had a calming and reassuring company in Adam, all we needed to do at every point was ring him up and his responses were always a chilled water on a sun-scorched day.

Used AP mortgage solutions multiple times. They are very quick and knowledgeable about what they are doing and help in way they can. This time was a remortgage and to add a partner to the agreement this was sorted very quickly by Nicki. We had a few hiccups in along the road with me miss reading emails and getting frustrated with the jargon and all the portals. However Nicki was quick to point out what the nitty gritty was all about. Will use AP mortgage solutions again.

Absolutely first class in every department. I can’t recommend Adam highly enough. All round the service was exceptional, but in particular it was great to feel as though I could call Adam pretty much whenever I wanted to and he would be available to answer questions, offer advice or reassurance, discuss and solve problems - or get back to me so promptly that no time was wasted or opportunities missed. We really loved the feeling of the personal service - the reliability and the knowing that someone knew our case and its complexity as well as we did. In what were incredibly difficult and stressful circumstances for us as we sought to complete the sale / rental of our property and purchase our new dream home, in a process that banks, surveyors, agents, etc all seem to make unnecessarily difficult, Adam and the service he provides was a breath of fresh air and made it possible for us to get what we wanted and we will always be grateful.
