Enttäuschender Service – Keine Lieferung nach 5 Tagen
Ich habe das Medikament am 14. Oktober bestellt. Der Arzt hat das Rezept direkt genehmigt, und die Zahlung wurde abgewickelt. Auf der Website stand, dass die Lieferung 1–2 Werktage dauert. Heute ist der 19. Oktober, und ich habe immer noch nichts erhalten. Mir wurde nur mitgeteilt, dass das Medikament derzeit nicht vorrätig ist. Wenn das bei der Bestellung klar gewesen wäre, hätte ich mich anders entschieden.
Leider antwortet der Kundenservice bisher weder im Chat noch per E-Mail auf meine Fragen, wie es nun weitergeht. Da es sich um ein wichtiges Medikament handelt, ist das sehr ärgerlich. Ich bin bereit, meine Bewertung anzupassen, sobald das Problem gelöst ist – sei es durch die Lieferung, das Aushändigen des Rezeptes (mit Teilerstattung) oder eine komplette Rückerstattung.

Payed extra for express shipping
Payed extra for express shipping. Says on the site if you order before 1300 is delivered the next day. Approx 2 hours after payment went through, the progress page said.. item is not in stock. I’d have to wait. I contacted them and here is a direct quote for Steve in their customer service …“ DHL Express doesn’t mean that we can ship your Order express, it’s only for DHL to Deliver your Order express!“. They ignored future emails until I sent a screenshot from DHl saying it had been sent standard delivery not the express id payed for. After that they changed their tune. I’d avoid them just because they’re dishonest. UPDATE . They have ignored me for days and no less than 2 hours after this was submitted… do I get this copy and paste response. Still bad business.
