Ik schreef al over de goede service van Appelboom. Dat was voor ik de unieke Visconti ‘Lava Grey’ bij hen bestelde. Die bleek niet meer beschikbaar te zijn - bummer - en dus hadden we een probleem op te lossen. Een e-mail later… een uitmuntende ‘Montegrappa’ komt mijn richting uit.
Meneer Appelmans verkoopt geen schrijf instrumenten, hij leest het verlangen van de verliefden. Een voorbeeld!

Losse kaweco penpunten heeft niet iedereen. Appelboom wel en ook nog in meerdere maten. Snel geleverd en bij vragen via de mail ook snel antwoord. Heel tevreden!

Amazing products and amazing people

Nadat een dure pen al direct kapot ging, bleek de service van Appelboom (in de persoon van Joost) nog slechter. Aangetekend opgestuurd, niet aangenomen of opgehaald, na drie weken kreeg ik de pen teruggestuurd door Post NL. Uiteindelijk is de pen gebracht (80 km rijden), en bleef het weken stil. Na zelf maar weer te informeren bleek dat er iets intern was misgegaan en zou de pen direct opgestuurd worden. Ook dat gebeurde niet. Nog steeds in afwachting....
Nooit meer Appelboom.

I received the Pilot 823 together with the inks I ordered yesterday. Today I had the chance to ink the pen and write a bit with it and it feels amazing. Sowieso al veel goede ervaringen met Appelboom. De pennen (of andere bestellingen) worden altijd vlot en mooi verpakt geleverd. Maar nu even over de service. Ook top! Mijn Lamy Dialog CC had een onfortuinlijke val van mijn bureau gemaakt en de nib wilde daardoor niet meer lekker terugdraaien in de pen. Pech, eigen schuld, maar natuurlijk toch maar een mailtje naar Appelboom "wat kunnen jullie betekenen". Stuur maar op, dan sturen wij 'm door naar Lamy. Zo gezegd, zo gedaan. Na zo'n twee weken wachten vandaag een pakketje van Appelboom ontvangen, nouja, het kan niet anders of dit is gewoon een *nieuwe* Lamy Dialog CC. Ja, daar hoort natuurlijk ook een hele dikke dank u richting Lamy bij, die niet te flauw zijn en dit gewoon zo oplossen. Maar óók zeer mooi afgehandeld door Appelboom, ze hebben toch een pen opgestuurd naar Lamy en weer een (nieuwe) pen teruggestuurd naar mij, maar nee hoor, dat is geheel kosteloos. Nou, echt, top!
