The shipped a part without verifying the part number even though they had the Fridge Model number and serial number. I wound up buying from another company with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and it cost me $16 return shipping plus "re stocking " fee. Poor customer service and rip off company.

This company was prompt in sending out a part but when it needed to be returned was incompetent and delayed the return credit, making sure it was not promptly addressed, then "lost it" as an excuse even though I had a FedEx return verification. When pressured for the return (less shipping) to be processed, they then reduced the sales price, which was probably a restocking fee (on a misplaced item???). They constantly quoted their return policy a an excuse to delay the refund despite several emails back and forth. Avoid this company as they are not BBB certified and are not pleasant to deal with!

I stumbled upon your website when I entered the model number of my 2022 GE gas stove. I bought the same part from EREPLACEMENT PARTS. I received your part in three business days. ERAPLECEMENTS part arrived in 10 days, both ordered within an hour of one another. With you guys I paid $15.00 for the part & $12.99 for shipping. The shipping with ERAPLACEMENTS was also $12.99 however, the same exact part was $72.00! I am very pleased I discovered your company and wish I could raise awareness of your establishment!

They had a part "in stock" that everyone else listed as backordered, so I didn't belive they would ship it right away but they did, so they didn't lie, and price was super competitive. I had to return the part. Return procedure was easy, restocking fee only 10% which is very reasonable, and refund was issued very fast. Overall very positive experience.

Ordered a shelf that was in stock 6 days ago. I get an email today saying my order was canceled without explanation. I was replacing a part that was damaged in a home we're renting and I won't be here next week, so they have screwed me pretty good. Wouldn't trust them in the future. Smh

It seemed to take a while before my order was even shipped but I honestly don't know how busy you are but it was easy to install took all of 30 min and seemed to do the trick

Ordered a part for a Dishwasher. They said it was in stock and ready to go. I ordered it Monday night and paid for expedited shipping. A week goes by, and I put a support request in on Sunday night asking for the status. I get a canned response, with a status for a different order stating that order estimations do not include weekends. Once I had them re-read their own stupidity, she gave me an actual update on the order, and said the item would ship out that Monday. I asked again on Wednesday what the status was, and within minutes I get a tracking email, and a response from their customer service "manager" with the tracking info. I looked at the website and see that they have changed the item to no longer in stock with delayed shipping. Won't be using them again when I need a part.

Strongly advise to think twice before ordering anything from AP 365!! I purchased a part over 1 month ago, I cancelled my order well before shipped. Although they claim it was shipped, all they did was print a label. Took approximately two weeks to get in.?? I did order the wrong part, and it was like jumping through hoops to get a refund, their customer service would not respond regarding my credit and to this date I still haven’t received my credit and I had the returned item for two weeks. I started this transaction over a month ago and is still not resolved. I had to get PayPal involved. I purchased hundreds of things online a year and never had an issue like this. Very unethical and God forbid you have to return anything. But it’s funny how they can receive an order and charge you for a minute after you ordered it. They refused to cancel it and then I paid for return shipping back and forth,and they also want 10% for a…. Supposedly a restock fee. This whole thing isn’t resolved to date. they are just interested in selling parts and a total lack of customer care and service for any type of return. Now I know why they’re not part of the Better Business Bureau. Beware.
