Canceled on me six times. I would get a call saying they are 30 minutes away and they would never show up. I call the office and the lady is rude and didn’t care that this has happened six time I would not use this company

So… picture this: it’s the afternoon before our pool party, the sun’s out, snacks are ready, vibes are perfect and boom, I realize the ice maker isn’t working. No ice?! On party day?! I almost cried into my lukewarm lemonade.

I didn’t waste time scrolling through Yelp (been burned before) and went straight to Trustpilot, which I personally trust way more. That’s where I found Appliance Service Center. They had awesome reviews, so I called and Mike picked up. Total gem! Not your typical “hold please” type he actually knew what he was talking about and suggested sending someone out for a diagnostic.

And get this the tech showed up in less than an hour. He quickly figured out what was wrong and (drumroll please)… had the part right there in his truck. No “we’ll order it and get back to you next week” drama. Forty minutes later, ice was falling like snow in the Arctic, and my inner hostess was doing a happy dance.
