Went into store on Thursday looking for a bosch fridge freezer. Dealt with by Michael who showed the options available. Purchased fridge freezer and was given a delivery day of Tuesday.(Sales Ref 196689) Monday night received a text to confirm delivery for the following morning.Delivery driver arrived,removed old freezer and installed new one.All done before 0830hrs. Proffessional and polite throughout.This is our second recent purchase from them, highly recommended.

Excellent service. Needed a washer quickly and ordered on-line. They contacted us immediately to confirm that the model we ordered was not available but recommended others at same price. Order was carried out by Midday the next day. fantastic service.

Didnt delivery my appliancce and didnt communicate that it wasnt going to be dlelivered. I called them past the delivery window to ask where it was only to be told that I would need to rebook a delivery! I now have to go 4 days without a fridge as their email the night before delivery told me to remove and disconnect my old one ready for collection. Very disappointed

I had trouble finding a replacement in column fridge for my fitted kitchen and was extremely relieved to find one the correct size at a good price on their website. I was a little confused at first as the description said it was under counter but, after checking the model number on other sites, I was able to confirm it was in column. I had no difficulty checking out (Sunday 6th April), my delivery (from Lancashire to the very bottom of Cornwall) was arranged promptly, I received email confirmations at every step and calls from the delivery team on the day (Wednesday 9th April), they arrived on time, were extremely friendly and helpful and happily placed the packaged fridge in the room of my choice.

If I could rate this place 0 then I would. Delivery time is from 8am till 9pm which is inconvenient especially if you are not living at the property or want to go out. Actually my delivery latest time was 9.30 which was actually outside the specified hours.
I had a failed delivery due to cancelling with the courier company via their weblink and was charged per item the delivery charge even though the courier was delivering outside of the specified Appliance shop delivery time.
Buyer beware of discount appliance stores who want to rip you off with extra fees.

The shop and delivery staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient.
Their website is easy to use and there is good communication via text prior to delivery.

Purchased a new fridge freezer yesterday, all the staff were very friendly, Sam dealt with us, couldn't have been more helpful. We were advised we would be allocated a time slot for delivery the next day, text arrived as promised. We were sent another text at 8.30 this morning advising that ours was the next delivery, it arrived at 9.00. The young man who delivered it was great, placed it exactly where we wanted it and removed the old one. Ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours! Brilliant service

Explained to Michael exactly what I wanted as a washing machine for my elderly father and he pointed us in the right direction immediately, have used this company before and always found them quick and competitive.
