My refrigerator repair was a very complex case involving an older Sub-Zero unit. At first there were challenges with the parts and communication, but once management got involved, they handled everything professionally and made things right.
They took responsibility for the issue, followed up, and ultimately refunded the full amount. I appreciate that they stood behind their work and showed integrity in resolving a difficult situation. Mistakes can happen — what matters is how a company responds, and they handled it the right way. Thank you for taking care of it.

It's frustrating when you pay for a repair that doesn't fix the problem, especially when it's for a major appliance like a refrigerator. While the fridge compressor replacement didn't solve the issue, the overall experience with the repair company was positive due to their exceptional customer service.
Despite the unsuccessful repair, the technicians and office staff consistently displayed a professional and friendly attitude. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their willingness to refund the full $900 paid for the service without any hassle. This kind of integrity is highly valued and demonstrates a dedication to customer well-being.
