Don’t be fooled by this company, I received a pair of these glasses and they were of no use at all, blurred vision for near, intermediate and far. Contacted them they said they would give me a £2 refund and I could keep the glasses or I could return them to China (which would cost me twice what I paid for the glasses in postage) for a full refund. Pointed out the 100% Risk Free promise and there response was very much ‘take it or leave it’. I should also point out that this is the second review I’ve left but they seem to be able to delete any review that isn’t 5 stars (and there was a lot), I will see how long this one lasts for?

The worst website to buy from i fully regret it!!! They sent the wrong size item and refused to return and offered £2 compensation then £4 then £6!!! Absolutely rubbish!!! I disputed it with my bank to get my full money back from this scam website, dont buy from them!!

SCAM!! I wish I'd looked at reviews before buying.
Ordered 3 bras, which are too big. Asked to return and have been offered £3 and I get to keep items. Explained that this is useless as items don't fit, was then offered £6 and told it will cost $40-$50 to return them to China. Have told them this is BS, waiting for a response..

They are not true to size and the Bra was damaged with a visible ridge in one of the cups, requested a refund as advertised. Sent a photo and was told the item matched my order and suggested I give the bra to a friend !!!!!! And Offered me £2.00 for my inconvenience
Obviously did not accept their offer awaiting reply 😡😡😡😡

I sent info they wanted and they tried to tell me I had ordered from them before so a refund wasn't on the cards and offered £6 compensation and when I complained they came back with an offer of £9
I've spent way over that
I've been scammed
I told them I would write a scathing review

I ordered two bras Medium size. Firstly they tried to add £6.84 “VAT” that was not applicable. When I complained they refunded that, but how many others do not dispute that.
The bras did arrive, but were size Large, and enormous.
I asked for an exchange, but they said I got the size i ordered, which was untrue. They offered me £2 as a “goodwill gesture”. Obviously I have declined. They then informed me that it would cost me 40 to 50 dollars to return to China. I have now been offered £4! False advertising, as they say items can be returned within 15 days if unsuitable. I’ve declined again, of course. I wonder what I’ll be offered next??

Terrible service, my order has not been delivered although they say they have sent it three times. Each time they are unable to track the delivery, it all seems very strange. I would AVOID AVOID AVOID! I think it’s a scam.

Pretended to be based in America and even emailed fake shipping info and fake US customs clearances. Eventually received three cheaply made rubbish bras from China that were tiny. Also tried to overcharge my bank first hoping I would not notice. What is wrong with these types of people? Not a decent honest bone in their bodies. Avoid at all costs.

I decided to come here as I was just about to pay £25 and I noticed it said I would be charged £36 for any charges they might incur. So glad I saw it. Please do not purchase anything from these scammers!

Disgusting customer service I needed a bigger size wouldn't exchange because there was nothing wrong with the product no I only wanted a different size!!!

Complete scammers, please avoid. Mischarged me, obviously as part of their scam, I asked for a full refund within 2 minutes of placing the order. They ignored me and said they'd dispatched it anyway. I don't expect to receive anything. I've filed a mischarge dispute with my bank. Please don't buy anything from this company. A Hong Kong based scam looking at the details of the company that charged my card, which had a different name to the website.

Items never received. Constantly fobbed off. Still nothing after 4 months. Scammer

Ordered pack of 5 knickers, first off they took more from my bank account than invoice said, they did refund within 24 hours , next the parcel took weeks showed once in Uk it never moved, contacted them and they said they would send replacement, eventually arrived and inside package there was only 1 pair! Contacted again and it stated only 1 pair was ordered. This company is nothing but a scam, do not purchase anything from them

I purchased a bunny in a tin for Easter. Immediately I was concerned as a £3.50 charge which not shown at any stage was added. I just happened to notice the charge on Paypal. It was not shown at the checkout, or on my order confirmation. I spoke to PayPal who refunded the £3.50.

Then the delivery arrived in the UK several weeks ago and tracking has not updated since. They have ignored me when I have asked for updates, assistance and eventually a refund.

I have today gone back to PayPal who have issued a full refund.

Avoid. I will never buy through Instagram again.

I ordered 2 bunnies in a tin on February 10th . Still not arrived even though they arrived in the UK on march 10th . But they have never left Birmingham. Please stay away from this company, who keep saying I can't have a refund , I just need to be patient!! It's run out .
