So easy to speak to the very kind polite and overall explaining the best options for ourselves. I spoke with tammy who was fantastic and apologised many times for the system being down first time calling but we got there in the end I felt comfortable with the detailed explanation of how the insurance would pan out, once again so pleasant to talk with an actual friendly person, tammy many thanks

Tammy was brilliant
Tammy was brilliant, gave me all the details in a clear and transparent manner. She actually made me genuinely feel like she was trying to get me the best deal, which she did. She had a great telephone manner and was very easy to talk to, came across as genuine and trustworthy. Made the whole experience so much easier than I thought it would be. So far my experience my impression of Apricot is very good.

He was also very friendly and sympathetic regarding our recent bereavement.
