Robe trop petite et les frais de retour…

Robe trop petite et les frais de retour à ma charge en Allemagne sont de 14€99 ( prix de la robe : 49€). Si j'avais su cela avant je n'aurai pas commandé, c'est vraiment abusé de faire payer l totalité de frais de retour! Je ne recommanderais plus sur ce site.

Unfortunately, for returns from Germany, the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, in line with our returns policy. We understand that this may not have been the experience you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Excellent website

Excellent website made it very easy to order and payment very straightforward. Delivery was very speedy.
Very pleased with my purchases too exactly as expected from the website listing.

Return postage not included

Dress was too small - took a while to arrive too. Since I have to pay for return postage it’s too expensive for me to return and try another size so I’ll go elsewhere

We’d just like to clarify that you do not necessarily have to pay for the return. UK returns are free of charge for registered customers.

Apricot free returns

Love Apricot clothing but when you try to return on the ‘ Free returns’ you can’t click on the items that you want to return. In the orders section.When you contact customer service they let you know you can return it through Evri etc, but you would need to pay for this.

You can also create a free return via Royal Mail if preferred.
