This was my mom’s first purchase from April lace wigs and my last. The wig she received look nothing like the picture of the wig that I ordered. I sent the pictures that clearly showed two different textured wigs only to be told that it was the same. I was also told to wash it to make it look like the picture, but of course that didn’t work. I was told I could exchange it but the cost to ship was too much. So She basically spent $250 on a wig that is only fit for the trash. I will never shop there again and neither will my mom.
