They do not show proof of service

They do not show proof of service, I have 2 houses in the court and they cannot schedule them to be treated at the same time, and they do not work with me to schedule services, they just pick a date and send an email, never call me.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Donna. We understand how important clear communication and scheduling coordination are, especially when managing service for multiple properties.

A minimum of three treatment photos are expected to be taken during each service. If those photos are not sent directly by text message, they can also be viewed anytime through the customer portal at my.goaptive.com using the email address associated with your account.

We’re also able to coordinate service for both homes on the same day. While they may not always fall at the exact same time due to routing and availability, our team can manually help coordinate scheduling more closely when requested.

If you’re willing, please send your service addresses and any additional details to socialmedia@goaptive.com so we can ensure your concerns are handled with the care they deserve and help improve the scheduling experience moving forward!

I saw a huge roach in my home last night. The technician apparently only treated around the house. I am much more concerned about what lives inside and want him to come back and treat the inside.

It’s too early to tell how effective the service will be. Customer service is good. It’s still winter and there are no insects active. At this time. I will upgrade my rating if there are no mosquitoes this spring.

Is It Worth the Wait?

The product is great, the service is great, but their scheduling is poor. Scheduled service was a no show. Apparently service agent was out sick. The appointment was rescheduled. No show again. I again had to call. I waited twice all day. Aptive knew service agent was out sick but did not bother to inform the customer.

The company is good about notifying in…

The company is good about notifying in advance what day the service is going to be performed. That having been said, they are not always clear on the approximate time of the services' being performed. In addition, although the tech let us know when he arrived and was going to perform the service, he did not tell us when he was finished. We only knew when it had been completed when we saw his truck drive off, presumably after he had recorded the visit on his tablet, for we immediately got notification via e-mail.

The technicians are either trained or very junior and don't know what they are doing. If the goal is to just spray around the exterior of the home, then they would get the job done. I dont think they get to the root of the problem. I will be canceling

Do not deliver what sales states will be provided. When management is "finally" contacted, they, also, make statements and do not follow up.,

Never received discount promised by supervisor for misleading sales promise!! Actual technicians are generally kind and well meaning. They explain why certain services promised are not delivered. They state, they hear from customers all the time that management promises one thing and then does not deliver. I want to NOT renew my service!!!
