They do a great job and we no longer have mosquitoes in our yard. They are also careful not to spay any edible fruits and vegetables growing in our yard.

Great communication & Product

I've been using Aptive for a few years and have not had an issue with ants getting inside the house like I did with my prior service provider. Urenny did a great job communicating the service provided and the Company does a great job sending service reminders.

Service is NOT what you are promised.

Every technician that comes out does things differently. They cut corners & try to do the least amount of work possible. If you want the job done to the level that you were promised when you signed the contract you will have to micromanage them & follow them around to check there work.
It's obvious that this company does NOT have any training systems in place.

Spider webs were not all removed

Spider web were not all removed. Also, we have lots of spiders they need to be treated and killed.

Improvement Pending

Aptive technicians are very thorough with providing their services. There are multiple times I have witness them consistently treat my home with the utmost care and take care of areas of concern. They would bring to my attention of anything that I would need to be aware of. However when it comes to scheduling my treatment, it feels that there is not enough notice or it is at random. Recently, I have received notifications 3 days ahead for the past 3 months where they had to reschedule. Their scheduling and notification system need improvement.

I provided instructions to the tech, but I'm not sure if everything I asked for was completed. He left within 10 minutes after arriving.

Don’t get what your paid for

Didn’t spray for mosquitoes but twice in a year after I paid for the PRO plan which includes this. Only sprayed indoors once in a year. When you click on the message link to reschedule appointments, they are none available. When I canceled my account through customer service, she offered to send them back out to spray for mosquitoes, but they should have did that each time during warm weather.

Service with a smile

The service rep showed up and gotto work right away. He covered areas all around the house and yard. He also made sure to close the gate to the backyard after servicing the area.I was satisfied with the service.

Very good company

There is good communication between clients and techs. They let you know when they will be and that's when they show up. The only issue I have had is one or two of the techs that have shown up had done a really quick poor job around the house. When they do a decent coverage we seem to not have any big issues.

For inside, pest control has been great
For outside, mosquito control is not so great, mosquitoes still everywhere. Should do an more concentrated spraying

NOT pet safe or effective products!

Makes 4 of my 6 dogs sick multiple times for up to four days even after allowing to dry for 1.5-4 hours after application! This company's products are NOT pet safe!!!!!! And we still have all the bugs supposed to treat for after 2 spray applications and one granules application between due to still having bugs!

The service person is always helpful and will spray inside around the fireplace if I have seen a roach.

I didn’t have any problem with the…

I didn’t have any problem with the normal spraying out side, but I had two other areas that was not done and I called you guys back to let you know I needed those areas needed to hit you guys responded and said you was sending some one out to do it but know came out.
