Aptive shows up every month like clock work. They provide a text message indicating they will be on property, send a picture and indicate when they are done. It's a set-and-forget it service. It's easy, convenient and trusted.

The system is very flawed

The system is very flawed. The initial call was difficult using your AI phone circle. Extremely frustrating. I had a simple pick up of dead rat and reset of trap that I want it done ASAP. I was given an option of same day morning or afternoon appointment I chose the morning when nobody came by 11 AM. I started calling to make sure I was on the schedule. Unfortunately I was not appointment made for next day. When I finally reached a human to express my disappointment after staying home all morning, I was told they would attempt to contact dispatcher in my area and see if someone could come out. Someone did come out, picked up the Rodent and I mentioned I had another appointment for the next day. He said not a problem they would be notified. Next day came and I received yet another text message that someone was on their way. HELP… your system clearly does not work. There is no communication within Aptive! In summary, the robot said I had an appointment… your system showed that I didn’t. What’s up. The service sucks.!!!

Derick Avila is professional

Derick Avila is professional, bright, loves his job, Aptive, life, and is a wonderful person and representative for you. From texting me of his arrival, doing each task by the book, making me feel grateful I had chosen Aptive,

Great Communication Like that they call you to let you know…

Like that they call you to let you know they are on the way with an ETA. Also they asked if you have any problems or concern's. They are respectful of your property, finally they take and send pictures when they are done.

Life changing!

I love how effective their service is. You never really realize how annoying and time consuming dealing with an ant problem is, until you no longer have to deal with it. Went from spending hours every day killing and cleaning up trails of ants entering the house from every direction. After the first treatment, gone. No more canceling plans to go out of town for the weekend because of, "the ants." No more dreading to get out of bed in the morning. No more freaking out at every little black speck and crumb you see. All of the Techs have been super nice. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The only reason for not giving 5-stars, was the per visit cost, and the 2-year contractual obligation. But, you get what you pay for. And, in this case, the peace of mind the service provided was worth every penny.

Unsatisfied with services

I recently noted a suspected gopher issue in my yard and made an appointment with Aptive to address this. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm at 4:00 p.m. pst as I had not received any call/text and was assured that the service would take place. No one showed. The following morning, I called again and received the requisite "sincere apologies" but would need to reschedule for the following day. Having no alternatives, I agreed. The technician text me prior to arrival and let me know that he is unable to handle the suspected gopher issue although 'RODENTS" are clearly stated in my contract as well as on the Aptive trucks. Needless to say, I was not happy with this and was not the fault of the technician. He was professional and courteous and treated my home as my regular service required. I have had to contact a straightforward and honest person to address my gopher issue.

Ants return

After supposedly spraying for ants, they returned the next day. He never sprayed the counter I suggested as the source.

Ron the Awsome

Ron treated for roaches and removed some wasp nests that I didn't even know were there before (I wasn't looking up.) Ron is a very professional and personable technician who answered my questions and was aware of my pet's needs and mine.

Great service

Great service, great staff, great technology. They always come on schedule and listen to me if I have any current issues with pests, working to resolve pests with organic measures first. If a problem pops up between services they will come out quickly to take care of it.
