The technician never came in the house
The technician never came in the house. Just sprayed around the outside of the house. My dad was home to meet him also. The problem has always been in the house. We have a dog, he is always kept safely away from any tech who comes to the house

We've always had the best experience…
We've always had the best experience with Aptive. Our main issue was ants and since the first time Aptive came, we have had ZERO ants. No bugs whatsoever in our house. Anytime we had an issue in between our scheduled visits, like wasps in our bushes, someone came literally the next day and took care of it. Aptive is fantastic and it is one of the best decisions we have ever made.

Reliable, professional service with Aptive!
Ryan was here on the scheduled time that he sent me in an email. He was polite, well-groomed, friendly and explained well all that he was doing and asked if we had any areas that needed extra attention. The follow-up text with pictures showed how thorough the treatment was. Aptive trucks are seen in this neighborhood quite often and the customers seemed to be pleased and satisfied with the service.
