Great communication

Even with the ice and snow Aptive performed my scheduled treatment. They notify homeowner when they are on the way, that they have arrived and that they’ve finished. They inquire beforehand of any issues. And pictures of the service are provided the homeowner.

I started using Aptive 6 years ago when…

I started using Aptive 6 years ago when we moved into our home. While I’m not a fan of companies that send solicitors door to door to drum up business….i started a plan with them intending to cancel at a later date. I was surprised to find how good their customer service, pricing and products were. 6 years later…we are still using them and we have had zero pest issues. I’d recommend them.

Have been using them for a few years…

Have been using them for a few years now. No longer have any insects in the house. They usually just treat around the exterior but once in a while I have them come inside for some spiders in the basement which are so much more rare since we've been using them

The treatments are very thorough

The treatments are very thorough. Since getting with Aptive we have not had any issues with pests inside the house. They always ask if they need to treat the inside when they come. We have had such a good outcome that we rarely have them come inside to treat anymore.

They do a complete job

They do a complete job. There is ample advance notification of a pending visit with planned action. They provide photos of some of their activities on site (i.e. cleaning cobwebs). And their final report of what they completed is good.

Aptive positives and negatives.

Most of the employees who service my property are polite and businesslike.
I do have a problem with Active scheduling me every 2 months instead of 3, as I agreed on. It is annoying to have to call and make corrections constantly.
