Eileen was here by my request and shes…
Eileen was here by my request and shes AWESOME! She put down white stripes on the garage floor in different places where she knows the pests would go if they're there to trap them. She applied a strong solution because pests were spotted. She sprayed and took pictures and sent them to me. It showed the wet pavement where she sprayed. I will definitely request for Eileen again.

They are very thorough
They are very thorough. They spray every nook and cranny from the curb to the back wall and everything in between. The workers are very polite and informative about their product. We have a lot of backyard play equipment and they are very good at cleaning all the spiderwebs off of it. Always ask if there is anything more they can do for us.

I am not willing to rate this experience yet. I still have concerns over the company communication protocol. The technicians have been great. The price is reasonable. The company does not make it easy to change an appointment, to find out a from/to time frame for arrival. I have had to develop access to a supervisor to get the communication I require for customer service.
