James gives the very best customer service
James gives the very best customer. He patiently helps and listens to all of my pesty questions..
Also, one of my neighbors was at my house while James was here and as we were talking he mentioned that since we were friends he could 'up with a great discount with the "friends and family" plan.
I love that he texts every visit, before and after. I am aware of everything that is going on. Thank you!!!

Super easy to work with
Super easy to work with, quality treatment, helpful and quick communication, and reliable as the day is long. I live in a wooded neighborhood adjacent to the creek, and I have pets…so a solid pest control service that is also safe is a must! Aptive has checked all the boxes. Each technician has been so knowledgeable and helpful!
