All of the technicians that have visited us have been very courteous, considerate and friendly. It gives us confidence to have them in our home and the techs are always able to answer our questions.

The technician did not notify me that…

The technician did not notify me that he was there when he arrived. He sprayed with my dogs outside. Normally they knock and I close the dog's door.

He failed to check the rodent traps which is the main reason I hired this company.
This is the third time they have cancelled their visit. I have attempted to contact someone but they make it truly difficult to do so.

I would like to cancel my service.

Looking to do a Great Job!

I loved that the technician introduced himself when he was on his way to my home. When he arrived, we talked about some problem areas, and he explained what he was going to do. He took some pictures and send me a recap of what he had done.

Fast Service

In the past month, I have called Aptiva twice due to urgent needs. Both times, they have been there the next day treating the problem. Now that is exceptional service!!

Would not fill our rat traps after doing so for years

We have had rat traps for years now. Yesterday, we were told they couldn’t be filled because we’re just on a basic plan. After paying $92 every time they come out + termite control, whatever that costs. Now I am considering changing pest control companies. I feel we have been duped.

mosquito service doesn't work

We signed up for the mosquito treatment, but it didn't seem to work. When we tried to cancel, they charged us a cancellation fee, even after my attempts to explain.

Unfortunately I have not noticed a…

Unfortunately I have not noticed a difference in pest control with this company. We continue to have mosquito, ants and mice problems. Just this past 2 weeks I have seen 4 mice outside. Fortunately one was deed due to natural causes of either a neighbors cat or a bobcat. The service guys have been nice and responsive.

APTIVE does not listen and misses scheduled appointments

Everytime and every single service APTIVE either misses the scheduled appointment and I have to call and reschedule .
Every single time APTIVE fails to target the hard to reach spaces for a 2 storey home.
Every single time I have to get a reservice done cause APTIVE will not listen to customer requests.
Every single call I clearly mention to please send someone who can reach higher areas for a 2 storey home and please send the 30ft extension pole to get rid of the wasps nests. TERRIBLE service . They just wont listen.

First the service guy came at the end…

First the service guy came at the end of the day & he was in rush and was asking what is the issue. When its a regular service the person should review and do service to entire place when we requested we want both indoor & out door treatment.

They forgot our order 20 times

The company talked us into adding outdoor traps to our service. They then forgot to bring them and said they would bring them the next day. They never brought them but billed us for it for 6 months. I called over a dozen times and they would always say they forgot, were out, or would just not show up. I spent 3 hours 1 day on the phone explaining the situation over and over the. Getting transferred to someone new only with the same result of them showing up 3 times that day without the traps.

I have asked them to treat the red ants…

I have asked them to treat the red ants in my yard. After the first treatment I waited a month to call back to say the ants are still bad. Since they came back and treated again the ants are still terrible. I paid $160.00 for no results. I’m going to find another company!!
