I am very seldom home when they treat…
I am very seldom home when they treat my home. So I never see them spraying. But, I’ve had them for 2 years and never had bugs inside my house. Living in Colorado helps.
The reason for the 4star is primarily due to their service charge keeps going up - I may have to cancel my service.

It was nice to meet Tramyne.
Tramayne provided the service today. He was prompt, polite, and listened well as I showed him the many locations of our traps and bait boxes. Tramayne took the appropriate time to clear and refill the mouse traps in the garage along with our outdoor bait boxes. He sprayed as well. Tramayne actually seemed interested in doing it correctly which I appreciated.

Technicians are always helpful and polite. They do an excellent job of explaining and thorough with their treatments. If I ever need an unscheduled re-treatment, they have no problem sending someone back over right away.

Great technician and great company!
We alway have a good experience with our Aptive technicians. Xzavier was very careful with his applications and super respectful of our home’s interior. He took extra time to check our back yard for wasp nests and also clearly explained what we needed to look for in the future.
All in all, a great job and a great company.

Great Customer Service
I appreciate the text message to remind me of the upcoming visit. The day of visit the service person texts again with approximate arrival time and asks if I have any needs or questions. He was prompt in answering a question I had and paid specific attention to it while at the house. The communication is excellent. After servicing the house I receive a text of what was done and any other issues that need to be addressed along with pictures of the areas that were sprayed. I have always had excellent service.
