Very well trained and professional…

Very well trained and professional technicians provide excellent, courteous service. Not all our spiders or snails have disappeared although their numbers are reduced. Other insects have disappeared.

I’ve had Aptive for 6 months

I’ve had Aptive for 6 months. I signed up for a 12 month contract and they are supposed to come monthly, but they don’t show up. So I called them and was routed to a call center. I was totally disgusted. The woman I spoke with told me that I had a 24 MONTH contract, which I would not have done because my house is for sale. So, she told me she would fix it to 12. Then I told her I wanted to cancel and she told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee, even though they had not shown up. So, the only reason I am giving them 2 stars are that she fixed my contract and told me I would t be billed this month. I would not recommend this company.

They make easy to reschedule if need to be. Also they always ask if I need any spots that need more than others. Will come back if asked.

First off the reason I only gave you a 4 is because you raised your prices without ever notifying your customers and then I find out when you charge my account. Otherwise I am happy with the product results.

Got sold a bag of lies

Got sold a bag of lies - I was told they would service the property 20-40 days always closer to 20days. After the first service the second service was set out 60days - I asked to have it moved up they simply did not reply. I was told they would clean the spider webs from around the lights - nothing was done on the service. Just terrible all the way around and then worse I have to pay the cancellation fee. Their customer service is NOT in American and it sounds like a wild party while you are trying to have a conversation with them.

Reschedule issues

It’s hard to get a reschedule for the inside of the house when they couldn’t make it. The service outside was good. It’s hard to resechedile.

I wish I could give this company a no star I’ve had problems since the first time they ever came out to her house. My own fault I should’ve got rid of them on that first day I live in Port St. Lucie their companies in Melbourne or Miami or something if you live in Port St. Lucie I’m telling you pick another company worse ever.

Horrible company

Several times went to wrong house to treat. Has never treated the yard as I pay for. Promised 2 months of free service yet charged me. Pests come back almost immediately. Stay away from this company. They will milk you dry.

Best Pest Control Available

Aptive has the best staff I have ever experienced. They come in and always wear their footies and they are polite and respect your home. BUT they do more than the other big companies. They do your yard for fleas and ticks and they treat for mosquitoes too!! All around it is a great company to trust with your home pest control!!

I srrongly dislike not getting the same…

I srrongly dislike not getting the same technician every time. New techs do not know the property and wind up missing areas . Sometimes new technicians are here and gone in a very short time. I have often requested the same tech without success. I made the request again recently and was confirmed I was on his route for tomorrow.

I DO like your service of doing the inside upon request as well as the outside AND WIPING DOWN THE EXTERIOR WALLS. I have never seen this done before.your staff is courteous and helpful.I seriously want to stay with Aptive; but I must have Charlie as my tech.
