Great and conscientious company. They came back and reapplied treatment that was needed. They work with me to schedule days and times that are convenient. They keep their word. I recommend them to friends and family all the time.

I want to cancel my service

I wanted to cancel my service, I don't mind finishing out the contract but I don't want to get BULLIED again into another contract if I miss the deadline to cancel. They want to charge me MORE than what my last scheduled maintenance would be and informed me I can't cancel until the middle of July. I do NOT want an automatic renewal for another year!

We have used Aptive for some time now…

We have used Aptive for some time now with no complaints but on this latest service we got no pictures of our service. One time they did our neighbor’s home instead of ours and the only way we knew was because of the pics. Luckily they came back and I told them always leave pics so I know. I have had to remind them a few times and always got them right away. But this time no one responded back but luckily my husband was home and saw them working but I still was upset due to the failure to respond back. Overall Aptive has been great but don’t like to be ignored when I leave a message and don’t get a response

I can also understand why this latest situation would be frustrating, not getting a response when you reached out and not receiving service photos when you rely on them for peace of mind.

Communication and follow-up are a big part of trust in our service, and I hear you on how important that is, especially given the past mix-up with a neighboring home. That’s not the consistency we want for you, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience and worry that caused.

The tech who showed was very personable and confident.

The woman who I spoke to on the phone does not know her job and what is available.

Don't get locked into a contract! It doesn't work!

I wish someone had warned me before signing a contract. It just doesn't work. I thought I was doing a good thing but they may as well be spraying water. Plus you get locked into an expensive contract with no cancelation option paying for something that doesn't work. We started spraying the house and yard with a home defense spray on our own
