I give Aptive, the company, a 3 star rating bc I’m not sure that it is very effective for the amount of money I am paying. I still have bugs inside and around my house. But with that being said the last girl that serviced my house on March 4 was awesome! I think her name was Stephanie. I give her 5 stars. I want her to always service my house. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I liked her a lot.

Company is generally on the shady side. They want to do treatments in the winter and dormant months, which IMO is in bad faith. Not easy to cancel or reschedule appointments. Debatable efficacy.

The Aptive Pest Control Service Technicians have been very professional and competent, and I really like the way they communicate their planned arrival, control application process and a comprehensive follow up text (with photos) and phone call (if necessary). Very thorough all the way around.
