I have been an Aptive customer for about six years and they have changed everything at my house. Every service technician that comes to the house is so kind and respectful and genuinely listens to our issues and wants (and tries!) to solve them. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Excellent Recurrent Service from Aptive
I have an ongoing agreement with Aptive to service my home at regular intervals throughout the year. The time of each visit is communicated well. Photos and a written report about what treatments and services were rendered are provided after each visit. Billing is accurate and straightforward. I highly recommend this excellent business.

The actuall service performed by the techs has been great. My issues are with their sales practices and their scheduling. They tel you the service window is a range but they routinely schedule at the short end of the window so it costs me more.

Did not get full service.
I only have the outside treated and never the inside. I was told that my whole yard from the house to the curb would be treated. The guy came yesterday and only cleaned the webs from the front and back of the house and then sprinkled some pesticide on a short path in the back yard but did not treat the whole back yard and didn’t even treat the front of the house or front yard. I have cameras in the front and back of my house and can clearly see that he barely treated the back yard (small strip of area) and did nothing to the front of the house except use his sweeper to remove webs and then leave.
