For the money they charge it’s NOT worth it. make sure should they come knocking on your door you’re able to read the very fine print cause they sucker your ass into a two-year contract

Techs are all consistent and polite
Techs are all consistent and polite. I love that they text me because I’m a flight attendant and am often away from home when they come. They send pictures of the spots they treated and even sent me cute pictures of my dogs. 💕.

I used Aptive at my last house in Las…
I used Aptive at my last house in Las Vegas, 10 years with no bugs. When I moved to Phoenix, I was able to transfer my account. The technicians are always friendly and thorough. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Underwhelmed
Did not give 1/2 hour notice before arrival. Called when he was already treating the property. Missed a few anthills in the front yard . Had to get back out of the vehicle and spray them. No granules?

We got what we wanted however the…
We got what we wanted however the installation was not so good. We believe the installation was done correctly but where each trap was dug into the ground there was mud and dirt left on the driveway, the sidewalk, the patio, and even some dirt was left on our patio chairs. A simple cleaning after each was installed would have been fine. The installer needs to be told to leave the area as clean as they found it.

We have had the service for some time and each tech that has come has been meticulous in addressing any problems we have brought to them. But more importantly being proactive so that the sightings or having to deal with any pest have been minimum.

Aptive Pest control has been servicing…
Aptive Pest control has been servicing us for a few years now. They are so convenient to work with. They let you know when they will be there and come on time. They are very polite and efficient. I have not had any pest issues that they have not been able to resolve. Their pricing is fair compared to the other pest control services.

I especially appreciate that they remind me when my next service is due. The techs who come are always friendly and very knowledgeable, as well as very effective. I no longer see the insects I did before Aptive started. Truly a great and effective service. Also, the price is not bad at all.

I've had Aptive as my pest control co. for several years...
I've had Aptive as my pest control company for several years now and I'm always happy with their services every visit 😀 Their communications before & after each service is much appreciated. The sevice techs are always professional and knowledgeable, taking numerous pics of the various areas of my yard that received treatment. That's so helpful especially if I'm not home during the appt. OH, and the best part...no bugs!! I recommend Aptive for your pest control. 🙂

Do not recommend
They say they spray to keep bugs away and yet I had ticks and fleas and cricket spring up. So I got a bunch of stuff of Amazon and did it myself with almost instant results. But since you sign a contract Aptive will still force you to pay them for allowing bugs to infect your home and pets. Unacceptable quality.
