They said that they did service…
They said that they did service treatment on November 4th. We were home whole day. They didn’t give us service treatment. When we gave them call that we didn’t get treatment. They were still claiming that they gave treatment.
Finally they gave treatment on November 7th.
Very bad experience.

Mice and Ant issue
We went from having mini mice in our house all the time to one mouse I have heard in 2 and 1/2 years. We went from having enough ants in her house to cover a cracker one minute if you dropped it to not seeing any ants on a cracker if you drop it.

Jullian and Jeremy were both great
Jullian and Jeremy were both great. We had a yellow jacket nest in our wall by our vent pipes. It took several times to kill them but they both fiercely got up there and put the insecticide in the hole. Jeremy even stopped by today to make sure they are gone. Big thanks to both of them.

Thinking of cancelling.
Your team always sprays haphazardly. Had to discard edible plants and herbs that we routinely use in meals. Got a BBQ grill tool plus windows which need cleaned, etc.etc.
Also don't see any difference in pest congtrol since we started with Aptive
