Unprofessional

Unprofessional. Areas agreed to when I dinged up were refused to be treated. Areas agreed to be cleaned were also refused. Not a service I would recommend to anyone, quite the opposite. I would suggest and cautions against using this company for anything.

Great tech and communication. The company has already sent notice of price increase and this is my first month as customer. REALLY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS! Will cancel asap.

Still lots of ant hills around, but I guess with the heat it is expected? All in all, though, they have done an excellent job servicing my home for pests. I would recommend them to others!

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. There is actually no office. You can only call a call center overseas. If you have an issue there is no one to talk to. Stay away

They do not have local offices to voice your concerns. Their own technicians dont have an office to call. They say their office is in Cary, NC. But they dont. You can only reach an overseas call center. Even the techs dont have a way to reach the office.

Price is good

Price is good. Not sure if the treatments are really getting rid of the moles. And I had huge wasp nests under my deck which I had to treat myself.
