Thanks for taking a moment to share your feedback, Lawrence! While we're glad to hear that you've experienced polite and professional service, we understand your concern about coverage gaps and the desire for more of a 'one-stop-shop' solution.

To clarify, although carpenter bees are not part of our service offerings, as they're considered a wood-destroying pest and typically require a different treatment approach, we do offer mosquito treatments for our Pro and Premium plans.
