WE HAVE HAD APTIVE FOR A FEW YEARS AND UNTIL THIS YEAR THE SERVICE AND RESULTS WERE VERY GOOD. THIS YEAR WE HAVE RATS AND APTIVE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET RID OF THEM. AT THE LAST SERVICE TRAPS WERE PLACED INSIDE AND NOT ONE RAT WAS CAUGHT. THEY HAVE EATEN MY HOUSE PLANTS AND HAVE GOTTEN INTO THE BREAD ETC. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH APTIVE AT ALL.

Once a trap catches a rodent, our team can return to remove and replace it until the issue is resolved. We also have alternative approaches to supplement traps and maximize results based on your specific situation.

I also had to advise him to be more careful about spraying by an open window.

Happy with my service
The tech, Fernando, did a great job. He was professional and efficient. He texted me a reminder of my appointment for the day as well as letting know when he was on his way. We walked the garden together and he followed through with my requests. Also, on a business aspect, it's so much easier now to get a hold of a representative if I need to change my appointment more than a few days. It used to be incredibly difficult and frustrating trying to get through to speak to someone.

Living bug free…
I started the Aptive service this spring because I knew come summer; mosquitoes were going to be on the attack and we enjoy being outside. They have been great, the customer portal makes it easy for scheduling, they also text before and after the service with pictures. I definitely recommend them, they always have neighborhood deals!

Can't tell if anyone came or not. We were gone for the day of the 17th. No notice was left and nothing seemed to have been done.
I believe I'm being paying way too much for little service.

Tech completed under 50% of the work
The service of different techs is inconsistent. Recently had to call for a second visit due to a tech who was on my property for 5 minutes or less. Completed less than 50% of the job.

Some one actually showed up,
The service yesterday was good, no complains about that. However, I would strongly advise people to avoid your company. I made the mistake of getting a contract with your company in Aug, that month they came to my property twice. No contact at all, no emails, no visits in Sept. In Oct I got an email about a service, they didn't show up. They may not show up to give you service, but they bill you for the services they did not deliver. It is next to impossible to cancel their contract, you can not contact them via email despite their emails giving you a customer service email address, Their phone # may not be in service.
Once again I was billed without Aptive providing any service. I called to complain, again I was pushed to a "manager". This guy actually told me that they bill you each month whether or not you got treatment. So they decide not to show up and you still have to pay for service not rendered,

I really like that they use all non-toxic products. They always show up as scheduled, in uniform, and are friendly, thorough and professional. They follow up with text comments and pictures of treated areas. Pricing is fair.

Lousy
There is no continuity with this company. Every technician who arrives knows absolutely nothing about our house or location of bsit boxes or Mosquito apparatus, etc. And every tech has different ideas/opinions about how to treat the problems. We scheduled a service to arrive between 2-5:00 pm and the technician arrived at 9:00 a.m. The log in to their client portal rarely works.
I would definitely NOT recommend this company
