My husband really appreciates this from her, so he can move things around. They announce their arrival, being at home , I also appreciate the info, and tell us when she leaves to give me an up date on what she found or not. We really like the people and advice they give.

I didn’t ask them to re-restart my…
I didn’t ask them to re-restart my paused agreement. This was done without my permission. I no longer live at that address and I’ve told them that and I’m not yet ready to have my Pest Control in my new place. This definitely did not help in deciding towards this company.

They give you heads up when they are on their way. They show pictures of the area that is treated. And always asking for area that needs to concentrate on.

They do periodical pest control
They do periodical pest control, but several times didn’t get to do inside the house, because either they didn’t come prepared and something broke or came in a time that we were not home so they couldn’t get in.

Who was that new person who came to my house?New person
New person. Did not check in when arrived. Did not checl traps in garage or basement. I decided to cancel and would like a refund. I am paying highest price ever for premium service but getting poor service. I called customer service and was on phone for nearly 30 minutes to request a refund. She said customers ask for refunds but they never get approved. If mine is not approved I will be complaining to better business bureau.
