I am very glad I found the APVI site ! Getting the details of the Brazil visa JUST RIGHT was a headache for many others posting on travel sites. APVI was extremely helpful and personal. I have an extended family of world travelers, and I e-mailed everyone to use APVI.

I do not write online reviews very often unless they are necessary and boy oh boy is this was needed. I was very hesitant on using this because you pay first and then hope for the best, but it was worth it. APVI was absolutely AMAZING! I had to get a last minute Brazilian visa within 3 days and my rep, Gessica Maia, got it done for me. She kept me updated multiple times a day through both email and phone call. She even rang me on her lunch break to let me know how it was going. I highly recommend APVI for any last minute scenarios like this. Thank you Gessica!

I needed to get a biz Visa and reached out to APVI. Karim was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the process. He also verified that the documents I was able to provide at that time fulfilled the requirements. At the end my business trip got cancelled, hence the need for a Visa. With my application not being submitted to the Consulate, APVI issued a complete refund. Overall, excellent service!

First experience using these services. I was in such a hurry that there was no room for mistakes. I had a little trouble completing the payment online and I contacted them by phone. Flawless service in no time! The I called back a few weeks after asking for a receipt and there was in my email in just minutes!

The absolute worst. Not sure where to begin. I needed a Brasil Visa 7 days before travel and did some research online to find the most reputable provider and landed on APVI. Everything upfront was fantastic in terms of direction and guidance. I followed everything to the T and I was informed I would receive my passport back and Visa that Friday before my Monday travel. Friday arrives and no passport. I received no phone calls/messages from APVI and left phone messages/emails and got nothing back in reply. Nevertheless I missed my trip, lost the full value of my business class ticket, and lost valuable business time/meetings. I heard nothing back from APVI until the following Monday when they informed me that someone had forgotten to give my passport to the delivery service, sorry. All I received was a $100.00 credit. Unbelievable. Yes, things happen, but communicating with your customers when they do, especially for such a critical item should be the rule, not the exception. Never Again. 1 star for finally getting my passport back.

Outstanding service and a 72-hour turn-around on a visa to Saudi Arabia. I will use APVI in the future.
