I was extremely grateful to AVPI for their help in expediting the renewal of my passport before an upcoming trip. The process went smoothly and I knew the status of my documents at every step. I hope to plan better in the future and not require their services, but for anyone else in an urgent situation to get a new/renewed passport, I highly recommend them!

Just days before an important overseas trip I realized my passport was missing. It was a late Friday afternoon already and the passport acceptance offices in my town close at 3pm.
APVI to the rescue. The two different gentlemen who helped me on the telephone were so kind, and so patient. I was anxious about the time slipping away and they found me a passport acceptance office in a nearby small town local library who stayed open till 5:30pm on a Friday! WHO KNEW???
That meant that I had just enough time to gather my information, get a new photo and get to this library to accept my packet before THEY closed for the weekend.
I just got notification that all went well, and that Fed Ex will be delivering my passport first thing in the morning.
This service costs a bit of money. However, I would have easily paid double or triple that amount to be able to make my flight and my multiple obligations awaiting me.

Passport arrived early

Submitted my order form and they called the next day to confirm and make sure everything was in order. I don't think it was more than a week and I had my passport at my door! Highly recommend APVI if you need a passport fast, very impressed with their service!

I had a great experience working with APVI Express. Their service was so seamless that I hardly had many interactions with them at all. I dropped off my paperwork. I got a email and a call letting me know when it was ready. and I picked up my passport. It was efficient and easy.

Quick and efficient

I started my Visa process with other agencies who were unable to answer my questions, nor clarify the process, resulting in several dead ends. I was more confused and frustrated. Then I found APVI.
