I had Ciaran here yesterday what a pleasant young man! Rarely does any work person tell you what they are doing snd why!
When he had to get other material, he said that and that he’d be back shortly.

Now my shower is working and he also secured the cover which was always coming adrift.

We have contracted Aqua Ltd for our Legionella Compliance of water systems at Bishop Grosseteste University for the last two years. The service provided has been professional from the back room staff to engineers attending campus. We receive confirmation in advance of visit with RAMS and what part of the service is being carried out. I recommend Aqua Ltd highly.

Their standard of customer service is first class – an example of that is when I asked for some small adjustments to be made and the engineer immediately stopped what he was doing and attended to this with a smile.
