Truly awful no goods turned up. No communication or tracking. Should have checked this service first. Having to recover money from credit card.

Scammed. Bought a tower fan, the product never arrived. I tried emailing and WhatsApping the companies' business account, with no response to any of my contact. I've had to dispute the payment with my bank.

None really i am old and ill and like many others been scammed by this company.Just been asked what I think of their product?? They know perfectly well it never arrived now emails get returned : unable to deliver " I have contacted by bank and asked for.refund but dont expect any Usually consult Trustpilot before ordering anything on line but needed fan urgently to cope with heat these people have just taken an advantage of this.Im disgusted by these people as it is a genuine company.

Scam company....no product...no refund...called Bank instead. This website needs taking down.

Scam company I think I will wait untill mon if refund dont come through for two fans im reporting to national cyber security and they will remove this website from the internet. Also report them to action fraud.
Thay have sent me a refund email for two fans but not sent as yet. Ordered two tall fans totalling £100
You can still get your money back from your credit card under section 75 consumer act.
These guys wil be under investigation if no money is refunded. Steve is an internal email if person who has sent a refund email.

Actually I would say minus 10 better score .

Unreliable .No intention of delivering. .
Taken money and pretending have made attempts at delivering when queried .As I have a Ring doorbell all caller's and deliveries are on camera.
Lied saying had delivered and item gone back to them
Asked therefore for money back as fan ordered supposed to be back in the depot and no answer

Email and phone contact non existent .

Bank now looking into this fraud to recover money taken by Aqua gallon

Absolute scum, scammed me of £85 and provided fake delivery documents to my ongoing dispute bank. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. BUYER BEWARE

Scammers. Never shipped product and took my money. They're also producing fake shipping confirmation documents to the banks to fight my dispute claim. How is their website still running? Needs to be shut down immediately!!

SCAN WEBSITE THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL REFUND AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY ITEM EITHER

Scam & Thieves - I am visiting their premise to get either the product I ordered or my money back - I WILL get one of them!!

Total scam company if in fact they exist at all.
Same as previous reviews, ordered a non existent fan.
Promised delivery on Monday this week, nothing. Got a bullshit excuse that courier had returned it to them. Promised delivery today Friday again nothing.
Also being ignored on their WhatsApp chat and emails sent to their support email address.
Website is quite impressive don’t be fooled they’re liars and scammers.
