Talk about good old fashioned service with a big smile. I ordered our replacement filters online, expecting to get them in the mail. I was very pleasantly surprised when Marvis and Rob delivered them personally and replaced them for me as well. I don't want to put them on the spot for everyone to expect to have their filters replaced, as this was well and above the call of duty. And such a lovely couple to have a chat with as and added bonus.

Online order was great - Need further support
Online order was great. However if someone can me as we have purchased a 2 year old home with your existing system installed to make sure I have ordered the correct filters and explain the issue if the filters are left in longer than they should be and we have been drinking the water. More informaton.
A little more information would be handy. Eg. Is the filter reverse flushable. I could not find any information on this. I have blown air throught it in reverse so I suppose it can be reverse flushed.
