Nothing is too much trouble the Aqua team goes above and beyond to give a great service.

Very satisfied with the work that was carried out. Wayne was very responsive to my post at the weekend and offered to come out the day after. Wayne kept in contact, arrived early and took a video of some of damage that needed some work. He was extremely professional and courteous and I would highly recommend his services. I've asked for a quote for the remedial work so will definitely use again

I really like the attitude of this company my dealing being with Wayne. I live in an end terraced house which is on a slope that carries water from 4 of my neighbours houses. Water consistently down pours onto the side of the wall catering damp on internal walls. I called Aqua by looking at the reviews left in Trust Pilot and I am pleased to say like all the other 5 star reviews I got a 5 star service too. Wayne spent some time diagnosing the issue before he came and then fitted me in today to have a look at the problem too. He face timed me to show me the blockage and a plant that was growing in my gutter as well as this he suggested I lead line the first row of tiles as there was currently a dip. I was happy for Wayne to unblock the gutter and down pipe. I am looking forward to it rain now instead of worrying as hopefully the water won’t down pour onto my walls! Really good old fashioned customer service which I doubt you’ll find else where.

I contacted Aqua Team about gutter cleaning, Wayne responded very quickly with a quote and a few days later the job was complete. The staff were friendly and did a good job. I will certainly still use their services.

Aqua Team UK are a company who employ extremely helpful and friendly staff that are prepared to go the extra mile to help. Two of their staff saw me pushing my motorcycle along the road and stopped to ask if they could help. When they discovered I'd run out of fuel, Wayne and Mark insisted on travelling to the nearest petrol station, 3 miles away, to bring me a gallon of fuel. They proved to be Good Samaritans in my hour of need. I would always recommend any company that employs such minded people. Thank you again, Aqua Team UK.

Wayne and his team solved my guttering issue with no problem at all, made it look easy!

Amazing work by Wayne and his team. The house roof was covered in moss and algae which was completely removed and the roof treated to prevent re growth. . They cleaned all fascia boards, guttering and drain pipes very thoroughly - the attention to detail really made a difference. The conservatory, front door and all windows look like new - incredibly white and gleaming! A really thorough job done and the quality of work was superb!

Had my first house clean today and I am so impressed, it smells so amazing.
Wish I had booked them in sooner.

I recently had a leaking problem from a gutter and had trouble getting a workman
Contacted Aqua and Wayne
They responded and offered to come the following day
Wayne kept me informed as to arrival time and arrived when he said
The problem was surveyed and gutter cleared solving the problem At this stage no charge !!
That evening, Friday, Wayne contacted me about the nesting problem I had asked about with full details of who could help and the service they would provide, putting himself to some trouble to do this
In the next day or two Wayne contacted me more than once to ask if there was any further gutter problems. There was none
When I asked about charge for services rendered Wayne’s response was that there was none in payment for our hospitality ie tea and biscuits
I tried to insist on making payment. He would not accept this
Never before have I had service like this and from such personable friendly and helpful workmen as Wayne and his workmate
Needless to say I will use his services again and very highly recommend Wayne and Aqua

They started by cleaning our house once a week, after being amazed at the standard of their work we then asked them to start cleaning our offices and showroom, they are fantastic. They do not miss a thing, I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. This is impartial, I’m not biased, but, these are the best cleaners we’ve ever had, 10 out of 10, you will not be disappointed.

I contacted Aqua for a conservatory clean, a prompt friendly visit followed and wayne advised and recommended the best steps.
He arranged a time and date to carry out the works and completed the clean.
The results were immediate and the difference was massively noticeable.
They removed all dirt and rubbish and made sure I was happy before they left.
Any other cleans needed will be done by aqua.
