Rang to renew my car insurance and to see if there was any possible better deal i could get. Spoke to a girl called Isabelle Mullane who was great. Went through a few different options with me, checked a few things out regarding other vehicles in the family, and then came up with a great deal for me. Very friendly and lovely manner and knew her job. A great ambassador for the company.

In my view Sandrine is some asset to Arachas.

I've been renewing all my insurances (house and cars) with Arachas because I find dealing with Sinead Swayne a pleasure. I always ask for her when I ring up to renew because I feel since I've been dealing with her for a number of years, she's the one I trust.

I am moving back to Ireland and was desperately trying to get insurance on the house I bought before having to go back to the US for a work job for a few weeks; the house is listed so a bit complicated. I was lucky enough to have my call answered by Louise Devlin who was incredibly helpful, and patient, talked me through the issues, and when we realized I didn't have some information I needed she immediately offered her direct line so that I could call her back in person as soon as I had the paperwork I needed instead of having to go back through a different agent with a new call. I honestly cannot praise her helpfulness and knowledge about the process highly enough. Thank you Louise.
