I just love the enclosures!!! Cant wait to decorate it and rehome my spood.

Great service as usual very happy buyer and very happy tarantulas :)

Absolutely fantastic, Richard is so helpful! Brilliant service everytime.
When items have been out of stock Richard has ordered them in for me.
Really great customer service, I highly recommend!
The cribs are amazing too, really great quality and they look great!

Like always exelent service very good communication and high quality enclosures. This is my 5th order from this store and certainly not the last one. Highly recommend

Delivered on time and perfectly packaged

Great service. I’m glad I found these after a very bad experience with a different brand (sold by ridgeway frozen) being rubbish and them refusing to accept a return for a faulty product.

Since finding out you can get tarantula cribs in the UK, I’ve replaced most of my vivs with these (4 of 7) and they’ll be my only choice for the future as my spiders grow. Excellent reality product, good delivery, great customer service.

My second order from you guys. Arrived well packaged and really quickly.

Great overall, perfect enclosure for my juvenile m.balfori. fast delivery, thanks guys

If you're searching for a well-designed enclosure crafted with the perspective of a caretaker rather than just a buyer in mind, you've found the perfect spot!

Great communication by email , fast delivery and the enclosure is perfect. You can tell that the quality is superb.
Would highly recommend.

Very happy with service & all enclosures I have bought. Great to be able to buy Tarantula cribs in UK

Want a decent enclosure with someone that thought about every aspect as keeper, rather than consumer. Then you've chosen the right place!

Absolutely top notch customer service👌🏻
I needed to amend my order and it was done with no problem.
The enclosures themselves are brilliant, they were well packaged and arrived super quickly.
Would definitely reorder from here.

Package came extremely fast even with just standard shipping and customer service is great :) 10/10 experience

Delivery was a lot faster then expected product was well protected and tracking information was clear
