Archer Diesel Avaliações 

Archer Diesel claim to be a UK based company, what they fail to tell you is the parts are sent from Germany.
They claim to despatch same day if you place your order before 3pm, this doesn’t happen.
The only number available on the website is a mobile number which they do not answer or return calls. They don’t respond to emails adequately or seem to understand what they’re being asked either.
I definitely would not use Archer Diesel again

This is the second time I bought a fuel injector from them and one can not read the dam code. I specifically asked for the code to be able to be read. I had the same problem the first time. I paid for the good in good faith and I expect the item to be able to be readable or the code to calibrate the injector to the car. So no I’m not at all happy and if for some reason it can’t be calibrated I will be contacting trading standards as the item was sent Emerging parts in Liverpool.

Bought a fuel injector and part was great, came quickly and a very easy transaction. Sent my old part back to them and got my £40 refund back as stated.
All very easy and would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.

supplied injector was faulty , they said would send a replacment then no answer to emails or phone
after a few email exchanges they did send a replacment but by which time as i had not heard anything i got the garage to get there own, which was alot more monny
To be fair to Archer they did then get on the case and aplogised for the lack in comunication and paid the labour for fitting the injector that was faulty so can only asume they had a mess up somwhere which dose happen but paid to put there problems right

Item never arrived.
Was sent from Germany for some reason?
They do not reply to emails!

One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with been trying to get in contact for 3 weeks and nobody will reply absolute joke have cars waiting and these lot have no care in the world stay away I dread to think what would happen if you had a issue with your items

ordered four injectors for my 2009 Mercedes C-Class from Archer Diesel. I had them professionally fitted by a reputable garage, but the garage called me back and told me that the injectors were faulty. As a result, my car was shaking badly and not running properly.

I tried calling Archer Diesel, but their phone was switched off. I also emailed them, and they replied saying they would replace the faulty injectors. However, they never sent the replacements and have since failed to resolve the issue.

I have wasted my money and time dealing with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Archer Diesel because they do not take responsibility for faulty products or provide proper customer service.

I was looking for a quality replacement diesel injector and came across this company. The remanufactured unit was in excellent condition, fitted perfectly, and has been performing flawlessly since installation. The quality is on par with much more expensive alternatives, and the price offered outstanding value. Dispatch was quick, the packaging was secure, and the whole ordering process was straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for diesel parts in the future.

Ordered an injector for Nissan Juke on Friday morning with estimated delivery of Tues, was with me Mon morning. Well packaged and it works with no coding required. Looks to be a tidy well built unit. Very happy with service and will use again. and the price was way cheaper than similar units on ebay etc.
