Arrows arrived broken
My wife ordered me a set of a dozen arrows for a birthday present, when the arrows arrived from Evri the package was already opened, I looked inside and lifted the bubble wrap and the first arrow I saw was broken, I told the courier who said he would return them, the arrows got damaged because the packaging wS insufficient and not taped well making it very insecure.I let Archery shop know and they apologised, a week later nothing from them so I emailed them and also Evri, I got confirmation back from Evri who said it was being returned to sender and also confirmation the arrows got damaged in transit. I asked Evri to amend the tracking as it was showing as delivered to me. I then got a reply from Archery shop saying the tracking is showing as delivered. They made no effort to contact Evri to confirm the parcel had been refused and was on its way back. When I emailed again to explain they said it needs investigating and could take weeks to resolve, they the. Bizarrely asked me to fill in a form which was for parcels delivered that had been left somewhere and gone missing, I understand accidents and mistakes happen but I am in between a company sending a poorly packaged item and a courier company damaging it and it is me who is wasting my time trying to sort everything out.
Really disappointed in my experience so far, I have had to pay out again for a last minute replacement present and I still haven't got my money back.
