thank you for helping me with my FB and firewall issues, Sky. ;)

Mike was my technician and he was very competent, patient, clear-communicating and kind. I felt foolish for what i don't do well re: tech stuff,
and he was only kind and supportive

I have struggled with access to my hacked FB account for weeks. I called the FB help number and first had great help from Adam who then sent me to Mike. They were great and Mike has me back into FB! The very stressful situation is corrected and I appreciate Mike's help and pleasant demeanor!

Sky was really good and very nice also very professional.
