Vriendelijk telefonisch contact en info met betrekking tot het bed. Blij met het geleverde bed. Bezorging, het in elkaar zetten, het meenemen van het verpakkingsmateriaal. Alles was prima geregeld. De bezorgers waren beleefd en vriendelijk.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Before buying, we were invited to visit the showroom by appointment. The whole experience felt relaxed: no pressure, no overselling, just a friendly conversation with the owner about the different couch models and how they’re made.

The delivery did take quite a while, but communication was easy. Arctic Living was always reachable on WhatsApp and quick to update us on the order status. Once the couch arrived, the assembly was done very neatly, and the delivery team cleaned everything up afterwards, leaving behind only the couch instructions.

A few days after delivery and assembly, we noticed that one side of the couch had been mounted slightly incorrectly. We reached out to Arctic Living, and they were very helpful in explaining how to remount the piece properly. They even offered to stop by and help if needed, but in the end it was very easy to fix ourselves and only took a few minutes.

Overall, we are very happy with both the personalized service and the couch itself, which is really comfy.

Mooi familie-bedrijf waar je als klant echt gehoord wordt. Er wordt met je meegedacht om tot een passende oplossing voor jouw situatie te komen.
We hebben voor een mover-slaapbankje gekozen. Zit heerlijk en ligt ook erg goed. Netjes in elkaar gezet.

Kortom: wij zijn heel erg tevreden! Van harte aanbevolen 😊

Toller Service bei der Lieferung und als das Bett aufgebaut war, war ich begeistert über Qualität und den Liegekomfort.

De bestelde producten zijn van hoge kwaliteit. De stoffen zijn van hoge kwaliteit. In het algemeen moet ik zeggen dat de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding eersteklas is.

Ik heb verschillende producten besteld bij Artic-Living. De service was perfect en de kwaliteit van de stoffen was eersteklas.

Binnenkort heb ik nieuwe matrassen nodig, die ik ook hier zal bestellen.

Top service! Geen vraag is te gek, snelle reactie via WhatsApp. Levering had een kleine miscommunicatie maar was binnen een half uur opgelost!
Product is ook precies zoals omschreven.

Our sofa has arrived! It was a bit of a waiting game but finally we have our awesome sofa and we're very happy with it. It's well built, comfortable and very easy to transform into a reasonable size bed for two. It was definitely worth the wait. Thank you.
