5 STAR TOP QUALITY FURNITURE!

I contacted AR furnishings after having a look through their website, the selection and finishings are very high quality, with a 5 star service to match. It was a bespoke service from start to finish. They were able to custom size my wardrobes and drawers for me to fit my bedroom, which was a life savour - I had been looking for the right furniture for some time since the dimensions of my bedroom are awkward.
It was amazing to just hand over the responsibility to trusted professionals who know what they are doing!
They came and fitted my furniture too, a seamless service start to finish!

I haven't even received the item. No communication whatsoever from the company. I feel like cancelling the the order.

Very pleased, item arrived quickly, was well packed and we were very pleased with the quality. Would highly recommend.

Placed an order for a Louis dining table and was quoted up to four weeks but received the table in two weeks, very happy. Table was exactly as ordered and happy with the purchase. Alexander was very good polite and helpful, the only comment I would like AR Furnishings to improve on is calling customers back as I made all the calls but not a major issue. Looking at ordering more from this company.

Ordered 3 months ago been lied to every week with different lies since beginning of December asked for a refund and haven’t received it , now the phone just goes to email this is the worst business I have EVER dealt with.

ordered a dining set and the team kept on top of it for me so I didn’t have to worry about it and I was contacted for delivery by courier service, great company will be back

Fantastic quality products - really high end look/feel/design to them but at reasonable/fair prices. Only downside was that our order was delayed by several weeks but in fairness this was down to supplier delays due to COVID, so not really the fault of AR Furnishings and they did communicate this delay to us promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered 4 lion knocker back chairs and one chair damaged back pad. I sent email same day customer service .I paid for shipping cover protection £14.99 but Alexander says 1-3days resolves the issue but still not yet I emailed 3 time but he ignored my email also what's a benefit pay shipping cover protection I'm not recommend any one this payment waste
of a money.ordered many times from many different websites and it has never been this bad.its shame Arfurnisings even I ordered silver grey colour and I received grey colour

Received no delivery date or any updates about my order

Very satisfied with the order. All the dining chairs came in perfect mint condition. It took over 6 weeks for delivery as it came from Italy and despite it being delivered after Christmas I'm a well satisfied customer.

Not received an email update on my order. I placed my order on Tuesday. I've emailed to request an update.

I have since had great communication from Alexander and I have reviewed my good and I am now happy. Thank you Alexander.

I ordered a mirror from AR Furnishings and I am amazed at the service we received from start to finish. Not only was the mirror perfect and it arrived at a good time but the customer service was outstanding. AR Furnishing was so helpful and made the whole experience one to remember. We will definitely be ordering from again!

Terrible service, absolutely rubbish. Ordered 4 weeks ago, in that time apart from the confirmation, have not had any other updates apart from sending a review email. I have called numerous times I’ve the last few weeks asking for updates, same excuses heard every time, I was told my order will be dispatched last week and still no updates or tracking information, I have ordered many times from many different websites and it has never been this bad.

Although I cancelled my order due to my wife changing her mind, A R were very understanding and did my refund very quickly and efficiently. Good communication and customer service.
